Rotating-Head Nail File

Clippers cut in one action, which is where the quick gets caught. This tool grinds instead, taking the nail down a little at a time so you can stop as soon as you reach the right length. The rotating head sits at an angle, so you can reach the underside of a nail without twisting your pet’s paw into position.
